**Job Description:**
We are seeking a proactive and organized Personal Assistant to support the CEO and senior management team at Khichdi Network. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. As a Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities and facilitating effective communication within the organization.

**Responsibilities:**
1. Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
2. Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.
3. Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings.
4. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO, prioritizing and responding as appropriate.
5. Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports or presentations as requested.
6. Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and travel arrangements.
7. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
8. Provide administrative support to the senior management team as needed.
9. Anticipate the needs of the CEO and proactively address them to facilitate their workflow.
10. Perform additional duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the organization.

**Qualifications:**
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
2. Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role, preferably in a corporate environment.
3. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanor.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
6. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
7. Discretion and integrity when handling confidential information.
8. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
9. Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn and grow within the role.
10. Knowledge of Gujarati language is a plus, but not required.
