**Job Description:**
Marengo CIMS Hospital is seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Executive to join our dynamic team. The IT Executive will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems, supporting our healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality patient care, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

**Responsibilities:**

1. **IT Infrastructure Management:** Maintain and support the hospital's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations, to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

2. **Technical Support:** Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, resolving technical problems, and ensuring minimal downtime.

3. **System Administration:** Manage user accounts, permissions, and access levels, ensuring security protocols are enforced and data integrity is maintained.

4. **Software Implementation and Integration:** Assist in the implementation and integration of new software solutions, collaborating with vendors and stakeholders to ensure seamless deployment and user adoption.

5. **IT Security:** Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures to safeguard sensitive data and protect against cyber threats, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

6. **Backup and Disaster Recovery:** Develop and maintain backup and disaster recovery plans, conducting regular backups and testing procedures to mitigate the risk of data loss and ensure business continuity.

**Qualifications:**

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in IT support, system administration, and infrastructure management.
3. Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux), networking protocols, and server technologies.
4. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
5. Knowledge of IT security principles, practices, and compliance standards.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
7. Certification in relevant IT disciplines (e.g., Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator, Cisco Certified Network Associate) is a plus.
