Job Description:

As a Personal Assistant to Shivam Parikh, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and providing comprehensive support to facilitate his work in IT, AI, Web Development, and Digital Marketing. You will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, and assisting with project management. 7. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents, as well as handling expenses and invoices.

8. Miscellaneous Tasks: Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by Shivam, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, or similar role, preferably in a tech-related industry.

2. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly demeanor.

4. Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office suite, Google Workspace, project management software, etc.

5. Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks, with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.

6. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also being a collaborative team player.

7. Knowledge or interest in IT, AI, Web Development, and Digital Marketing is a plus.
